This course involves students in an examination of the current state of planet Earth. Students will determine how it got to be this way and look at the long-term future of the planet and its passengers. This course is particularly recommeneded to students interested in the environment, space, geology, meteorology, and mapping. The course presents an introduction to geographical skills and methods that are basic to further study of this subject.
Note: Physical Geography may be counted as a Science credit for graduation.
